v5.0.0 release plan

Apart from minor fixes and improvements, v5.0.0 includes #2373 by @vividvilla and is in the final stages of integration. Since it's a significant change, the build will require extensive testing. I will post updates and share the release builds here (*binaries and Docker images) for testing.

Could you please include full support for campaign permissions? Then listmonk could be truly used as a multi tenant system. With this it is not possible to have a good security. All user of all campaign can delete and see the stats of all other campaigns.
