Feature: Add pagination and search to templates page

Feature Request

The templates page (in Campaigns section) currently shows all templates in a single list without pagination or search functionality.

Problem

When using many pre-canned templates, the list becomes unwieldy:

• No way to search/filter templates by name
• No pagination - all templates load at once
• Difficult to find specific templates quickly

Proposed Solution

Add pagination and search functionality to the templates list, similar to how other lists in Listmonk work (e.g., subscribers, campaigns).

Desired features:

• Paginated template list (e.g., 20-50 per page)
• Search/filter by template name
• Optional: Sort by name, created date, last modified

Use Case

Users managing email marketing with many template variations (different products, languages, campaign types) need efficient navigation through their template library.
