Allow annotations/labels to be set on ApiServerSource Deployment

Problem
I have istio ambient mode enabled, and an ApiServerSource. The ApiServerSource eventually crashes out from a "read: connection reset by peer". I need some way to disable ambient redirection on the deployment or.. something else.

Exit Criteria
I can utilize istio ambient mode on a namespace containing an ApiServerSource.
