Consider using pyimagej instead of patched tiffile

Using [`pyimagej`](https://github.com/imagej/pyimagej) to do the translation between ImgLib2/ImageJ images and Python ndarrays might have several advantages over the current [patched `tiffile.py`](https://github.com/knime-ip/knip-python-extensions/commit/9a7bf9638bc67294ea33c22d5f348d2492cf8824#diff-0d45b0ef5fcc396144cf8ec738d40f17) approach.
