Not all selectable weka classifiers in node dialogs are available

Some weka classifiers are in additional packages (i.e. jar files) that are not in the class path. These classifiers are selectable in the node dialogs but cannot be loaded if selected.

Possible solutions:

• either don't make them selectable (i.e. somehow filter them)
• or add the according packages to the classpath
