Upstream FreeCAD issue of losing toolbits after uninstall/re-install

Just out of curiosity @knipknap, have you encountered or heard of this issue before?

Uh, luckily no. Sounds like perhaps he chose a custom location for his tool directory within .local or something, or perhaps some place that may be cleaned up by the addon manager?

I'd definitely try to understand exactly how he installed and configured it and on which environment...
