Open-Domain Sources
- "Count Factula" that extracts things like "Apples contain 5 grams of sugar per serving" => (apples, contain grams of sugar per serving, 5) or "A loaf of bread cost $0.68 in 1990" => (loaf of bread, cost in 1990, $0.68)
- Wikipedia tables
- Wordnet hypernyms --- flatten the hypernym out to triples e.g. (dog, is a, mammal) (mammal, is a, animal) => (dog, is a, animal)
Domain-Specific Sources
- Crunchbase http://www.crunchbase.com/ -- a bunch of facts about startups, acquisitions, and their founders. Would be cool to coerce these into triples and add them to the triplestore. E.g. http://www.crunchbase.com/company/twitter
- IMDB
- Yelp -- i.e. coerce to triples like (agua verde, restaurant in, seattle) or (agua verde, phone number, (206) 545-8570)
- Mathematics genealogy -- http://genealogy.math.ndsu.nodak.edu/ => (oren etzioni, advised, douglas downey)
