1. Use GitHub Actions to:

1. Close all issues more than a year old with no comments

   Issue was stale for over a year with no comments.

   If the issue makes your everyday shell life a complete and utter misery:

   1. Read through all related open issues
   2. Ponder a solution that addresses all aspects of the issues
   3. Post your proposed solution in the issue that has the most comments and valuable input

2. Notify all issues not commented the last year

   Issue was stale for over a year and will be closed within two weeks.
