Songs not loading fully + skipping halfway through

This is a fresh install on a Raspberry Pi 5. I've done basically nothing to my settings other than make sure php is able to use more RAM. I'm not sure what commands there are to troubleshoot this if any.

I have no trouble playing songs, but almost every song will skip halfway through. I can also skip to about 3/4ths of the way through a song and it will just skip it, even if I give it time to buffer.

Is this something to do with a browser setting I need to change, or is there some kind of config file I need to tweak to get this to work correctly?
