Christian Trott has asked that I update Kokkos ports of existing mini-apps for the Kokkos v3.0 promotion. As I'm not a direct contributor to lulesh-2.0, I cannot self-assign this issue.

I've updated lulesh-2.0 (minimal-cpu and optimized) and will submit a pull request there.
