ExaMiniMD execution issues

With the current changes, the existing benchmark ExaMiniMD can not be executed at all
I tried to execute it before the PR of workload removal (which is necessary in this benchmark, even in the standalone version), but it fails.

There will be a series of PRs that will fix all of these issues.

• We should raise TypeError when we are trying to pass the numpy view into Cuda execution space
• Fix View.__bool__ and View.__hash__ compatability (now it silently returns None for multi-dim views)
