Cloning only selected folder

I think include, exclude options are for cloning only selected files/folders.
Can you explain what to do to copy only selected folders?

Let's say there is folder named A and B in the root.
I need to copy A including all files and folders inside recursively and same with B.
What function to call with which parameter to use your C# code?
