PR #1391 is a trivial bot-generated MintMaker/Renovate Docker digest update (043c612 → 8ad51fd) modifying 2 lines in dist/chart/values.yaml. It was open for ~6 months (Dec 2025 to Jun 2026) due to flaky e2e tests requiring 30+ /retest commands. The fullsend review agent reviewed it at least 5 times (May 29, Jun 15, Jun 16 ×2, Jun 17), each time approving with no findings — a clear case of wasted tokens on a trivial change.

All improvement opportunities identified are already tracked as open issues in fullsend-ai/fullsend:

• Skip review dispatch for bot-authored PRs: #1371
• Add lightweight review path for trivial bot dependency bumps: #1358
• Skip re-review when bot dep-bump PR is rebased with no semantic change: #1355

This PR is a strong real-world example motivating the prioritization of issues #1371 and #1355 in particular. No new proposals are warranted.
