Fix dependabot PRs failing due to commitlint

Most of the current dependabot PRs are currently failing due to a failed commitlint check.

We can either:

• change the dependabot messages so they are accepted by commitlint
• make commitlint ignore dependabot commits (see ci: try to make commitlint ignore dependabot tnevrlka/qe-tools#13)

after merging #117 and rebasing dependabot PRs it's still failing for some reason

Thanks for noticing. I believe the issue is due to a wrong path to the config file.
I will test it with the correct path and create another PR.

The format of the commit message on the latest dependabot PR is different than expected which results in the commitlint check failing again.
