[Feature Request] Set default scan parameters

Prerequisites

• I have looked through the Wiki and asked (either in Discord or GitHub discussions) to confirm this feature doesn't already exist
• I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to ensure this hasn't been requested before

Feature Description

Add a setting to set each parameter (Scan Type, Value Type, Scan Scope, Endianness) to be any possible option when opened

Use Case / Motivation

Saves some time for users who repeatedly change the scan parameters to the same options every time
