Unable to package Windows app on Linux #2353

@6XGate

Description

@6XGate

Attempting to use the packageJvmWindowsApp task fails with a permission denied error:

java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "$HOME/.konan/dependencies/resourcehacker/ResourceHacker.exe": error=13, Permission denied

Looking at the source for the Gradle supporting code, it should use Wine to run ResourceHacker, but doesn't appear to do so.
