Please take a look at screenshot. And actually something similar happens for other markdown delimiters, like ==, **, ||. Also you can find, that order makes effect (<u>||anytext||</u> and ||<u>anytext</u>||)

P.S. I just accidentally found your plugin. It's amazing! I'm still keep thinking: "How is it possible, I did not know about this plugin earlier?".
You implemented a such power tool for Obsidian. And I like the idea to use delimiters instead of html tags. I suppose, one day some of these flavors will be a part of common markdown.
