[Firefox] Framerate is less than 30fps

On Firefox Windows, 72.0.1, the game seems to be running at something below 30fps!

(this appears to be fine on Chrome!)

I wasn't able to enable hardware acceleration (via WebGL) for SDL2 renderer, so it's using CPU, which is really slow, compared to GPU.

It also may have something with JS engine in Firefox (SpiderMonkey), I suppose Chrome JS engine (V8) is just faster :/

I'm not sure it's that! I played an earlier version in Firefox that had the opposite problem - it was running at 60fps!

Oh, I tweaked main loop to run at fixed 30 fps, looks like it's not quite working on firefox.
