app notification dot should be dismissed for a particular notification after tapping the notification

If a scrypted app notification is received and tap to view is tapped, that notification should be dismissed/cleared from the list of notifications(like how a messaging app/watsapp app notifications behave). Right now only an explicit clear all will clear away the scrypted notifications list.
