Transparent kitty to use xray on macOS?

Let's say I have kitty and another window behind it, the visibility of the other window makes kitty a bit unusable.

Though I know that's how transparency is expected to work, but is there any solution to this issue?

You can change the opacity, the blur amount and add a background image where you can change the background tint. Play with these to get what you want:

background_opacity 0.85
#: The opacity of the background. A number between zero and one

background_blur 30
#: Set to a positive value to enable background blur

background_image ~/.config/kitty/colors-dark.png
#: Path to a background image. Must be in PNG format.

background_tint 0.1
#: How much to tint the background image by the background color. This
#: option makes it easier to read the text. Tinting is done using the
#: current background color for each window.

This gets the initial issue I had of visibility resolved.
