[diff kitten] Is there a way to make mouse wheel not scroll so much?

Normally in kitty, scrolling by one "click" on my logitech mouse scrolls the page one line. This tends to be insufficient, so I use https://github.com/caldis/mos for "smooth scrolling". My understanding is this sends multiple short "mouse scrolls" to active applications like browser and Kitty.

Unfortunately, the diff kitten does something similar [single scroll => multiple lines]. The end result is a double boost.

(This means that a single scroll scrolls more than a whole page, so the kitten is basically unusable)
