quick-access-terminal shows only once on Cosmic

When invoking kitten quick-access-terminal, I can get the terminal to appear as expected. Sending it again in the new terminal window hides it. However, the process being called in the previous terminal doesn't exit. Hitting control C kills.

However, I cannot invoke the quick access terminal again. I can see the process still running via ps but no way to make the window visible again.

I'm testing with an empty config file.

That will be a bug in the compositor it uses, feel free to send a PR to update the compatibility matrix with information about Cosmic in docs/kittens/panel.rst
