Question about text sizing protocol

I was messing around with the text sizing feature, and I am wondering if it is possible to have a subscript and superscript placed in the same column. Something like this:

I know you can scale the text by 2, then use the fractional scale, but is it possible for normal sized text (s=1)? Like have a normal sized cell, then two half cells stacked on each other
