Messes up code blocks in markdown mode

Hi

Currently when your plugin is active, it messes up code blocks in markdown, even when I have not used your shortcodes. Please check the issue here (which highlights other issues with jetpack, but you could see in dev mode, the code block shape is affected by your plugin)
