documentation pages have strange titles

Seems that the code that is generating the HTML titles of some documentation pages is having issues

for examples:

Thanks for the report, Mark. I checked the page you linked from both Firefox and Chromium and it looks OK to me. Are you still seeing the strange rendering? If so, which OS and browser are you using? Regards, Kevin

it happens on chrome and edge as well

this is presumably near latest windows 11, and firefox nightly, and chrome Version 133.0.6943.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)

you can see in the source html that it is not templating correctly:
