Dependency KFR won't build, needs update from upstream

Building KFR either manually or as part of the container build does not work.

It fails indicating there is no member s in the vector at line 499.

This is fixed in upstream, but the KrakenSDR fork of KFR hasn't been updated to include this update.

Please update KrakenSDR fork from upstream.

Temporary workaround, build using clang18

This is the cmake command I used after installing clang18 via system package manager

cmake -GNinja -DENABLE_CAPI_BUILD=ON -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=clang++-18 ..
