I think for now we should not try to push it more for this work. This would be my suggestion. I like the criteria already you have in the Omics notebook. Let’s discuss the flow and the plots and finalize what will go in the paper. A part of the systematic analysis should go in this MS specifically what Biswa and I have already mentioned. Rest we should strive for the next work. Else we will get into the weeds.
