Update deleight

As written in #1789 I'm updating the keyed implementations. The implementation was moved into the broken-frameworks folder.

Updating to deleight 5.5.5 causes a runtime error:

Uncaught TypeError: Failed to resolve module specifier "deleight/apption". Relative references must start with either "/", "./", or "../".
```
