Updating keyed/rescript-react failed

As in #1789 I'm updating all implementations. Implementations that failed to update are moved in to the broken-frameworks folder.
Here's what I'm trying to update:

 @rescript/react                          ^0.10.3  →  ^0.13.0

The build fails with the following error:

> js-framework-benchmark-rescript-react@1.0.0 prebuild-prod
> bsb -clean -make-world

Cleaning... 0 files.
Error: /home/stefan/js-framework-benchmark/frameworks/keyed/rescript-react/node_modules/@rescript/react/bsconfig.json: No such file or directory
