It definitely has potential if you make some alterations.
For users other than the admin it would be useable if you made the functionality tailored specifically to the individual users.
For example:
The dashboard should only have the logged in users stats.
The emails should only be emails to and from the logged in user. (I didn't test this, but I assume that every user will see everyone's emails based on how everything else is built.)
The logged in user should only be able to create a quote for their self and not select any user from the entire system.
The logged in user should only be able to create a lead for their self and not select any user from the entire system.
I can see how this could be useful for organizations that want everyone to be on the same page with everything. But for organizations that value privacy and individuality, this just flat out won't work.
I realize that you can change permissions, but even after you do that, the users can still select other users from dropdown lists to do things like editing a lead or quote.
There's not much functionality left after you limit users from being able to do anything but view their pipeline with no editing.
