Title
**Contact-person-view:- Wrong message shown in Meetings, Calls, and Lunches sections — misguides about left panel options **
Issue Description
When viewing a contact person in Krayin CRM, under the Meetings, Calls, and Lunches tabs, the system displays a message:
"You can add meetings by clicking on the button on the left panel."
However, there is no such button available on the left panel. Instead, all those options are actually available inside the "Activity" button.
This creates confusion for users trying to add those activities.

Steps to reproduce
1. Go to Krayin CRM dashboard.
2. Navigate to Contacts > Persons.
3. Edit or create a new person.
4. After saving, view that person’s detail page.
5. Go to the "Meetings", "Calls", or "Lunches" tabs.
Expected result
- The message should guide users to click on the Activity button to add meetings, calls, or lunches.
- Clear and accurate instruction text is shown to the user.
Actual result
The message says: "You can add meetings by clicking on the button on the left panel."
- There is no such button on the left panel.
- Actual options are located inside the "Activity" button.
- This may confuse new users or those unfamiliar with the CRM layout.
Suggested Fix

Update the instructional message on the Meetings, Calls, and Lunches tabs to:
"You can add [meetings/calls/lunches] by clicking the Activity button on the left."

Optionally, improve UI visibility of the Activity button.
