Fix right panel layout in lead view, when they have Extratypes (the tabs).

Issue Description

I don't know if this only happens when I access Krayin on a small monitor, but the layout gets messed up and the footer and header also have problems. The right panel grows, but the footer and header remain the same size.

Preconditions

1. Log in to Krayin CRM in a Notebook.
2. Navigate to the Leads page (/admin/leads)
3. Choose one Lead or Create One if not exists
4. Scroll right the tabs, and look the footer and header.
