Side menu doesn't follow app local, only email and contacts show correct translations

Preconditions

1. framework Version: 2.1.5
2. Latest release

Steps to reproduce

It is important to provide a set of clear steps to reproduce this bug.If relevant please include code samples.

1. change default language to any language other than English
2. Open side menu

Expected result

Tell us what should happen.
It should show side menu in the selected language.

Actual result

Only email and contacts are translated, I tested all languages and checked for translation files.
I added a complete Arabic language file and it still the same.

I also tested your demo and the issue exists in it.

, and is currently pending merge.
