feat: Create UI package

Goal

Create shared UI package that will be used by Web apps, mobile and desktop apps. For mobile and desktop use Tauri v2 feature.

Acceptance Critarias

• Essential building blocks
• Independence from other non-essential packages

Plan

1. Create repo named ui or similar.
2. Research tools, and things to include in ui package. I suppose shadcn/ui will be fine as default values to keep it simple.
