feat: add Djot format support

Is there any interest in also supporting Djot?

I build the PHP version for it:

This would require a ruby clone? or how would one be able to support that format?

I use that nowadays for everything instead of markdown, for reasons stated in the docs.

Hi there. thanks for the suggestion. This should go into https://github.com/kreuzberg-dev/html-to-markdown -- since its a subset or superset of markdown basically. Unless i misunderstood you and you are not talking about outputs but rather inputs?

As an input -- https://github.com/hellux/jotdown, we could easily support this, so I am open to a PR adding this.

Djot is usually around 2x as fast as Markdown, with the same or more features.
