Asteroid/comet update, preference fixes, etc. (#20)

* Update PrimeNG to v13.x and fix related table layout problems. * Fix numerous issues with restoring previous user settings. * Update for iOS 15 issues. * Update GRS data, asteroid/comet data. * Fix asteroid/comet dropdown label width. * Add type-in search for asteroids/comets.
