Unable to find or open media folder in MX-Linux (flavor of Debian) #366

Description

Describe the bug
I installed LightZone using flatpaks in the MX Package installer application. LightZone starts but cannot find the system media folder. This is part of the OS and looks like: /media/$USER/LPhoto/. LightZone will not open symlinks to any drive or folder. LightZone opens the Pictures folder but tries to open the symlink as a file.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open LightZone
  2. Open
  3. Cannot scroll to appropriate folder
  4. Folder not found (or with symlink it tries to open that as a photo)

Expected behavior
Open and edit images.
