Improve documentation

Create a documentation website.

In the website, it should be added:

• Lifecycle of kube-green
• supported resources
• add more tutorial #3
• add link to conference and slide. Also, add some chart to view the achieved results

Is it possible to add the document for how to get metrics and expose them to Prometheus so that we can create Grafana dashboards, please?

I didn't find any kube-green controller service with port 8080. There is one kube-green-controller-manager-metrics-service but it is having the port 8443.
