Feature request: add support for Sentry Output

I'd like to use the following fluentd plugin to send logs to Sentry.
https://github.com/y-ken/fluent-plugin-sentry

I couldn't find a way to add custom plugins to fluentd and I see this plugin above is not on the supported plugins list.

Could you add support for this plugin?

The alternative approach that came to my mind could be to add support for installing and configuring custom plugins for fluentd.
