Clarify naming convention

I've noticed inconsistencies in how the name is written across different places:

• Logging operator
• Logging Operator
• logging-operator

Could we clarify the correct naming convention to use in plain text? It would help ensure consistency in documentation and communication.

@fekete-robert what do you think? I'm always confused between 1 and 2, though I typically use 2.

So far we've been trying to use Logging operator as the name of the project, and logging-operator only where it was needed (like namespace name, and so on)
