Refactor and restore Cityscapes-Synthia examples, addressing 27 confirmed bugs across curb detection and semantic segmentation tasks, enhancing documentation and user experience.

Implement additive fixes for Sedna core library in Cityscapes-Synthia examples, ensuring backward compatibility. Package updated Sedna as a  file in a new  directory for reproducible installation. Enhance documentation with restoration methodology and debugging playbooks.
