build(deps): bump elliptic, webpack and webpack-cli

Removes [elliptic](https://github.com/indutny/elliptic). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [elliptic](https://github.com/indutny/elliptic), [webpack](https://github.com/webpack/webpack) and [webpack-cli](https://github.com/webpack/webpack-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.
