Horizontal scroll is broken in MUI mode for hardware configuration table in Model catalog

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The hardware configuration table should scroll horizontally when there are columns that can't be accommodated in the screen just like the PF mode.

This is how it works in PF mode when more than 10 columns is selected

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the frontend in mock mode and Go to model catalog
2. Go to performance insights tab of a model and try to add more than 10 columns by clicking on "Customize columns"
3. Check that you can't scroll horizontally and see more columns on the right (which works fine in PF mode)

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
The hardware configuration table should scroll horizontally when there are columns that can't be accomodated in the screen just like the PF mode. Note: This should only be fixed for MUI mode since the PF mode works as expected.

• Latest model catalog in mock mode
