this tracker pertains to suggestion received on:

• modify Docker file, makefile, etc to account for cross-platform build (see comment for examples)
• push Container image to Registries in sync, both to GH CR (to be done, this issue), and to DockerHub (existing, per Introduce image Container Registry use #23) for model-registry
  • tracker into: [chore] move images to ghcr #846
