Automatic Generation of BFF openapi

Currently, we are manually generating a BFF Open API file: https://github.com/kubeflow/model-registry/blob/main/clients/ui/api/openapi/mod-arch.yaml

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to automatically generate this file, similar to what we are doing on Notebooks 2.0.

Yes, absolutely I’m interested in working on this. Since I already worked on the previous PR, I’m familiar with the process and will start looking into how we can automate the generation of the BFF OpenAPI file, similar to what we did for Notebooks 2.0.
