[FEATURE] Workspace Image Selection

Motivation

Bella wants to be able to select pre-built image key libraries, such as CUDA, Hugging Face, and InstructLab tools.

High Level Design/Mock-ups

Acceptance Criteria

In addition to what is in the motivation section, we should also have a card on the right containing details of the selected image, be able to filter the image, and also filter by some values (i.e. python version)
