[FEATURE] Workspace Pod Template selection

Motivation

Bella wants to choose a pod configuration with enough GPU, CPU, and memory resources to support model fine-tuning.

High Level Design/Mock-ups

Acceptance Criteria

In addition to what is in the motivation section, we should also have a card on the right containing details of the selected pod config, be able to filter it, and also filter by some values (i.e. memory, cpu)
