[FEATURE] Create and mount a secret inline during a workspace creation flow

Motivation

During workspace creation, Bella wants to create a new secret or mount an existing one to store her access tokens securely.

High Level Design/Mock-ups

Initially, the properties to be added are these:

Basic fields (listed on top):

• Name (text)
• Defer updates (checkbox, default false)

Also, the selected image (from the previous step) will have its details in the left column.
