[EPIC] Connecting to a running workspace via HTTP

Description

After creating her workspace, Bella wants to connect to it seamlessly through her web browser. She expects to simply click on her workspace from the dashboard workspace list and be automatically redirected to the running environment (e.g., JupyterLab, VSCode) over HTTP, without manually configuring URLs, ports, or authentication.
