[FEATURE] Edit workspace wizard

Motivation

Bella wants to edit her workspace. For example, she wants to scale it up — increasing the number of GPUs, to accelerate fine-tuning. Later, when less power is needed, she scales it back down, without needing to recreate or lose her environment.
